CuddleCot Product Registration
To activate your CuddleCot’s 12-month warranty, the unit must be registered within 28 days of delivery. You will need the product Serial Number, which is located on the underside of the unit.

CuddleCot Maintenance and Servicing
CuddleCots are engineered with a simple, durable design – allowing them to remain reliably in service for many years with minimal maintenance. However, proper care is essential to ensure each unit is ready and available when families need it most.
- Unit lifespan: 10+ years
- Replace reusable foils, pads, and hoses every 12-24 months (or sooner with heavier use) to avoid cracks, pinholes or leaks
- Routine service and tune-ups are recommended every 1-3 years, depending on frequency of use
- Use distilled water and sterilization tablets to prevent mineral buildup and mildew during storage (do not use bleach, as it’s corrosive)
